We will ship your order USPS First Class mail and we ship from our fulfillment center in San Diego,California

However, we also offer expedited shipping services via UPS (Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day) at checkout for an additional charge.


For free returns & exchanges we require the boots to be unworn and in the same brand new condition you received them including all original packaging (including the shoe box, plastic covering. When you try the boots on for the first time, please make sure to protect the outsole and it remains unscratched. We suggest you try your new boots on carpet to avoid getting the bottom of the soles scratched.

We can only accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of your receipt of your items. 

It is very easy to start a return or exchange; simply email with your name and order number.

We will reply with a printable return label for free. Please use the original shipping box.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process returns and exchanges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We accept all exchanges and returns on orders outside the USA, however you will be responsible for all shipping cost.
